What is Kundalini Reiki?

Kundalini Reiki is a very straightforward and powerful healing technique. "Kundalini" refers to the state in which specific healing channels and chakras (the main energy centers of the body) have been opened, thereby gaining access to the Earth’s energy. The Base chakra (root chakra), an energy center located near the coccyx, serves as the entrance for the Kundalini energy (also known as the ‘Kundalini Fire’). Upon entering the body, the energy runs along the main energy channel, before exiting through the Crown chakra. With an open Kundalini, a complete cleansing of the chakras, energy channels and body parts will be obtained over a period of time.  "Reiki" is a Japanese energy healing modality in which practitioners work with universal life force energy to promote physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. Although similar to the traditional Usui and other systems of Reiki in that it is a powerful tool for energetic healing, Kundalini Reiki has the advantage of reaching beyond the traditional Reiki systems. In having your Kundalini awakened safely and instantaneously in this manner, your Reiki channeling capabilities will be improved. Furthermore, this combination of Kundalini and Reiki energy works in synergy to promote spiritual healing and evolution.  Kundalini Reiki is a very safe and gentle way to awaken Kundalini energy. As the main energy channel running from the Base chakra to the Crown chakra is opened completely, this prevents any build-up of pressure since the Kundalini energy is simply released through the Crown chakra. What is your Reiki background?

Roxanne’s relationship with Reiki began at age 21, when she received her first Usui Reiki attunement. Over the years, she studied with several Reiki teachers and ultimately became a Master-Teacher in both Usui and Kundalini Reiki. While Usui Reiki provided her foundation, her own practice gradually evolved toward Kundalini Reiki as her primary system. She was drawn to its focused, direct energetic quality and found that its simplicity and immediacy aligned naturally with both her personality and her broader approach to healing work.Roxanne has offered Reiki professionally for over 18 years. Although she never originally intended to teach, growing interest from people who wanted to study specifically with her led her to begin teaching Reiki approximately a decade ago. She initially developed and taught her own Usui Reiki curriculum before expanding her teaching to Kundalini Reiki.As her work and professional interests have continued to evolve, Roxanne has stepped back from expanding her one-to-one Reiki practice and has become increasingly interested in making her teaching available to a wider community of students. What are attunements?

Attunements are a unique part of Reiki training in which a Reiki Master connects a student to a specific Reiki energy frequency. Rather than teaching a technique alone, an attunement is an energetic process that enables the student to access and channel that particular Reiki energy.In the Kundalini Reiki system, students receive attunements throughout the course that activate and expand their ability to work with the Kundalini Reiki energy and the additional healing frequencies taught in this training.Because Reiki is not limited by physical distance, attunements can be performed remotely just as Reiki healing sessions can. In this course, all attunements are provided remotely at each stage of the training. At each scheduled or mutually agreed-upon attunement time, students are asked to sit quietly or meditate while the attunement is transmitted.Many students notice physical, emotional, energetic, or spiritual shifts during or after an attunement, while others experience subtle sensations. Both are completely normal, and the effectiveness of an attunement is not determined by the sensations experienced.After each attunement, students are encouraged to spend time practicing the techniques they have learned to become familiar with the energy and integrate it into their daily lives.

What happens after I enroll?

How long does the course take to complete?

The course is self-paced, allowing students to progress through the training according to their own schedule. Students also receive lifetime access to the course materials, allowing them to revisit the lessons and resources whenever needed.The minimum time between attunements is at least two days between the first and second attunements and at least five days between the second and third attunements, making it technically possible to complete the course in as little as 10 days. Many students choose to take additional time between levels to practice the techniques and integrate each attunement before moving forward.Most students complete the course within one to three months.
